I enjoy working with young adults and couples, particularly those navigating significant life transitions, identity shifts, and relationship changes. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel caught between the life they imagined and the one they’re living.
I provide a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, supporting concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and trauma. I also work with couples navigating infidelity, communication challenges, and difficulties with emotional expression, helping partners slow down, understand each other more clearly, and rebuild trust where possible.
In our work together, we will focus on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and finding ways forward that feel realistic and sustainable. I offer virtual daytime and evening appointments with easy online scheduling.
