Description

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist, and a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta, GA.

Healing Begins with Safety, Trust, and Empowerment

I specialize in supporting adult female survivors of trauma as they navigate the journey toward healing and reclaiming their lives. My work centers on helping clients reverse the painful effects of rejection, guilt, and shame while developing autonomy and embracing their personal power.

In our work together, clients learn to:
- Identify and process unhelpful or limiting thought patterns
- Manage overwhelming emotions using healthy, sustainable coping
strategies
- Cultivate self-awareness, self-value, self-acceptance, self-
forgiveness, and self-love

Together, we explore the impact of mental, emotional, verbal, physical, and sexual trauma and work toward restoring a sense of wholeness and inner stability.

I provide a safe, non‑judgmental environment where openness, honesty, and transparency are encouraged—because true healing thrives in spaces grounded in trust. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, eclectic, holistic, and integrative, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Whether you are just beginning your healing journey or seeking deeper transformation, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, clarity, and support.

If you’re ready to move toward a healthier, more empowered version of yourself, I’m ready to help you step into that next chapter.

Group Therapy Details

If you prefer working through your challenges in a supportive group environment, you may be interested in joining a Coping Skills Group Therapy session. Group members have the opportunity to share their stressors, receive feedback, and learn from one another’s experiences. Throughout the process, participants are introduced to a variety of healthy coping techniques and are encouraged to practice these skills between sessions, then discuss their progress and insights at each meeting.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, please visit my website to schedule a consultation. I look forward to speaking with you and supporting your growth.
