***WEEK NIGHT and SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE***

You’ve worked hard to get where you are and yet your achievements aren’t as satisfying as you imagined. Perhaps you’re struggling to manage new responsibilities at your job, disappointed with how some things turned out, or wondering how to integrate your authentic self into different spaces. Maybe everything is going well in your professional life, but some of your social or intimate relationships are suffering. You’re trying your best, but you’re stressed, showing up to places nervous, exhausted, and/or uncertain of what to do next. You’ve been open to therapy, but didn’t know if your reason was good enough…yes, it is!

I work with young adults and professionals to help them identify and manage a variety of stressors so they can live their lives to the fullest. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, helping clients get unstuck and move through feeling confused, tired, and/or overwhelmed.

I’ve provided therapy services for 15 years and take an eclectic approach to my work. My priority is making you feel safe, understood, and intentional in our work together. I enjoy helping clients learn to listen to all of their feelings and let go of old patterns that once served them, but no longer do.

Although I do not accept insurance, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients to help with reimbursement. I also work with clients looking to utilize therapy vouchers through programs (e.g., Loveland Foundation). Please reach out with questions.
