I am a licensed psychologist helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and perinatal/postpartum mental health concerns.
I work with high-achieving individuals and women who may appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. Whether you're struggling with constant overthinking, burnout, or adjusting to life after having a baby, I provide a supportive space to help you regain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients develop practical tools for managing stress, improving emotional regulation, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
