Description
I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where you can show up fully as yourself. Serving Black women, femmes, non-binary folks, and communities of color in Portland and Seattle, I understand that our identities are complex and layered—shaped by race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, class, body size, age, immigration experiences, ability, relationship structures, and so much more. These parts of who we are don't exist in isolation; they intersect and influence how we move through the world.
My work is grounded in Black liberation psychology, which recognizes that healing cannot be separated from the social, political, and historical contexts that shape our lives. I center an anti-oppressive, relational-cultural, and sex-positive feminist approach that honors the resilience, resistance, and collective wisdom of Black communities. I affirm all relationship configurations, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
Healing happens when you feel seen, heard, respected, and connected.
