Description
I specialize in supporting Black women, especially mothers, as they heal from past trauma that impacts their relationships with themselves and others. My focus includes adjustment to motherhood and maternal mental health, Attachment Trauma, Codependence and Perfectionism. Women are the backbone of families, workplaces, and communities. But what happens when you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck despite your success? Are you repeating the same relationship patterns, striving for perfection and pleasing others, while your own needs remain unmet?
Don’t carry the burden of being a ‘Strong’ Black Woman alone. Strength is not about perfection or never asking for help. Use your resilience to prioritize yourself. You deserve to be authentic, imperfect, and true to who you are. If you're ready to begin healing and embrace your true self, I’m here to support your journey.
My passion is guiding you on a healing journey toward wholeness and wellness. I believe trauma is healed within trusting relationships, starting with the counseling relationships. Together, we will navigate the phases of trauma recovery, re-integrate all parts of yourself—mind, body, spirit—so you can manage your emotions and make healthier decisions.
