Description
Hi my name is Gena Golden. I am a licensed clinical social worker, holistic and anti-oppression informed psychotherapist, culturally attuned hypnotherapist and life coach.
I am known as the HypnoSistah because 'sistahs' have shared roots and history, and they always have your back! The word 'hypno' means sleep—I won't put you to sleep, but my hypnosis technique can help rest your weary body, mind, and spirit and restore that which was harmed or stolen.
My hypnosis method center the healing of the black community and other communities of color to help heal generations of violence targeted to our traditions, customs, spirituality, economics, education, and wellness.
I want to help restore and liberate your potential and ease the burdens of your mind and body by helping your busy inner critic to rest, heal internalized oppression, overcome imposter syndrome and restore self compassion.
Call me because the magic and power within awaits youI
I am currently accepting new HYPNOTHERAPY clients at this time.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a method that uses hypnosis in a clinical setting to effect positive change. Everyone experiences hypnosis at one time or another, like when driving down a familiar road only to find yourself at your destination without recalling how you got there.
Hypnotherapy is a natural, yet altered state of mind, where the critical factor of the conscious mind is relaxed. This increases focused attention on a single idea, which helps to facilitate communication between the conscious and the subconscious mind to achieve your goals.
Can I Do Virtual Hypnotherapy?
Yes!
You can do it from you own home. All you will need is a private space where you will not be interrupted; a comfortable place to recline such as a chair, bed or a floor mat and pillows; and headsets or earbuds.
What Are The Benefits to Virutal Hypnotherapy?
There are several benefits. Here are a few:
1. Virtual Hypnotherapy is more relaxing and comfortable from the convenience of your own home.
2. Virtual Hypnotherapy can be done from the privacy of your own home. Noone will know but you that you have a hypnotherapy appointment.
