Description

My work as a therapist is about more than coping — it’s about reclaiming your power, your rest, and your worth. So many of us have been shaped by systems that demand survival while denying our fullness. I believe therapy should be a space where you no longer shrink, over-function, or abandon yourself just to get by. Instead, it becomes a place to expand, to exhale, and to remember who you are.

I specialize in supporting Black women and professionals of color navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, motherloss, and trauma. My style is direct, affirming, and deeply collaborative — I don’t just sit back, I walk with you. Together, we’ll release the weight of “shoulds” and step into what is nourishing, authentic, and abundant.

I bring advanced training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and Narrative Therapy, blending these with a decolonized, holistic lens. My approach honors both the realities of race-based and historical trauma and the truth of your resilience.

Working with me means finding a space where rest is revolutionary, where your voice matters, and where you can dream beyond survival. My clients often leave with more clarity, confidence, and courage to create lives that feel aligned, spacious, and free.

Group Therapy Details

Healing doesn’t only happen one-on-one — it grows stronger in community. My groups are designed as spaces of restoration, expansion, and collective power for Black women and professionals of color. Together, we release the isolation of “carrying it all” and step into the freedom of being seen, heard, and supported.

Current and upcoming offerings include:

The Ease Collective – An 8-week group for Black women navigating anxiety and high-functioning stress. Together, we’ll explore how to move from constant pressure into trust, grounding, and rest — expanding your capacity to live with more ease.

Sacred Threads – A circle for women in transition — whether through heartbreak, identity shifts, or seasons of renewal. This group offers a place to grieve old versions of self while weaving a more authentic and expansive future.

Motherloss Support Group – A community of care for those grieving the loss of a mother. Here, you’ll find space to honor your grief, reclaim your strength, and experience the healing that comes from being in community with others who understand.

My groups are intimate, intentional, and guided by the belief that healing is amplified when we come together. Participants often leave feeling less alone, more grounded in their worth, and more empowered to create lives that feel aligned and abundant.
