Meet Colleagues Stephanie, Nicole & Ashley!

Stephanie Henriques, LMSW (she/her) is a dynamic psychotherapist with a keen ability to compassionately identify key factors that significantly affect the lives of the communities that she serves. Stephanie is passionate about wellness and supporting her clients towards reaching their goals and "living their best lives". Her extensive training in perinatal mental health allows her to support emerging families in navigating the joy and challenges that come along with parenthood. Stephanie understands the intricacies of the perinatal period and has an interest in working with expectant and postpartum parents. She endeavors to ensure that all of those that she works with in a therapeutic space feel seen, heard and held. Her approach to clinical work is eclectic and trauma informed, inclusive of research supported techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy and person centered therapies. Stephanie has experience and training perinatal mental health.

Dr. Ashley Davis Ford-Graham, LMHC, PhD (she/her) is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused-CBT (TF-CBT). She has experience as an intake specialist and therapist working with children, teens, and adults with depression , anxiety and other mood related illnesses. She also has experience working with individuals with substance abuse challenges, and victims of crimes.

Dr. Davis is passionate about women’s health and the impact of reproductive health on the individual's sense of self and the challenges of building families.

Nicole Goodridge, MHC-LP (she/her) believes that mental health support is essential. With the many ebbs and flows of this Journey called life, Nicole values creating a supportive environment. She is passionate about working with clients with various mental health concerns and believes every parent deserves the right to a safe, and informed pregnancy and postpartum experience.

Her experience includes working with clients who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, Borderline Personality as well as other mental health struggles. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).

Group Therapy Details

Helping Hands Therapy provides several professional led groups to address the mental health complications related to family building. Our groups change but address issues such as pregnancy loss, infertility, pregnancy & preparing for the 4th trimester, newly postpartum challenges, women's/parents mental health, working mothers, and mindfulness & interpersonal skills (DBT).
